Car Sales Manager required in Stafford, Staffordshire
Salary of £40,000k to £50,000k OTE + Company Car + Company Benefits + Career Opportunities
Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and successful Sales Manager to join our client's main dealership in Stafford, Staffordshire.
We would be interested to hear from high-performing Sales Managers or Retail Managers with a strong background. You must have a track record in driving high sales, managing and motivating a team of Car Sales Executives. You will be responsible for ensuring the Car Sales Executives deliver the highest standard of customer satisfaction, whilst maximising volume sales and profitability by actively prospecting to new and existing customers, and following up all leads.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Dynamic leadership - ability to motivate a sales team
- Understanding of customer care standards
- Track record of driving unit sales
- Full UK driving licence
- Current/ very recent Main Car Dealer experience in a Sales Manager role
- Stable employment history
