Automotive Technician/MOT Tester, Hertfordshire

£17,500.00 OTE £25,000.00 OTE (dependent on experience)

Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd is looking to recruit a Technician for our Main Dealer in the Hertfordshire area (North of Stevenage)

To work for part of a large reputable group in the UK we are looking for Automotive Vehicle Technician who is able to maintain the high standards expected by our automotive client and their customers, and who takes exceptional pride in their work.

Your efficiency, skill and attention to detail will be central to the on-going success, combined with an NVQ 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification. MOT relevant qualification although not necessary would be an advantage.
To rise to the challenge, you'll also need to be fully skilled and hold recent volume main dealership experience within the last 2yrs.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller/Foreman, you will be responsible for carrying out inspection and service routines, repairs and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner. If you are a qualified Vehicle Technician, feel confident in meeting our levels of customer care then apply!

Applicants are required to live within reasonable commuting distance of the Hertfordshire area, and to be able to work under pressure, be competent both working in a team and alone efficiently, and should be enthusiastic with a 'can-do' approach.
