Working within a busy and demanding sales environment our Client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to join their successful main dealer group management structure as a pivot figure within the dealer group sales department.

The successful Sales Manager will have the experience and ability to continue the growth of the business in both volume of sales and profit per unit whilst continuing to deliver the high standards of customer care that the brand and its customers have become accustomed to.

 

The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager are to organise the sales activities to ensure the departments efficient and profitable operation.

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

 

-Overseeing the sales executives, business manager, sales administrators and valeting team.

 

Effectively market and sell; new and used vehicles, finance packages and additional products and services.

 

-Assisting the Sales Executives and Business Manager with deals when required

 

-Dealing with any customer issues and complaints

 

- Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets for both new and used car sales.
