Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client a Main Dealer in Nottingham. Our client is looking for an extremely customer focused Service Advisor to join their busy service department.
Liaising with both the workshop team and customers, the role will include booking vehicles in, providing quotations and advising on any additional repair issues and costs, arranging vehicle collection times, gaining authority for any additional work and promoting service plans, warranties etc.
Our client is looking for somebody who will always be willing to go the extra step to provide an excellent level of customer service even in a busy and pressured environment.
Current or recent experience in an Automotive Service Department is an absolute must, workshop control and a strong technical understanding would also be an advantage.
