Our client a successful UK Freight company currently has an immediate job vacancy for an experienced Driver Trainer to work within their Norfolk based depot.
Main Duties:
• Reporting to Management
• To Carry out Driver Inductions & Assessments
• Ensure Driver Health & Safety Compliance, completing relevant paperwork & reports
• Carry out Driver & Cab Checks
• Complete Tachograph Checks
• Accompanying Drivers on Deliveries to monitor performance
Experience Required:
• Experience within a similar position
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Local road network knowledge
• Excellent Knowledge of HSE
• Knowledge of SAFED
• Class 1 HGV Licence
• Ability to build effective relationships with teamWill be enthusiastic, committed and able to respond positively to working within a demanding environment
• Excellent PC skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
