I started my career working for a Renault main dealer as a Service Advisor during this time I assisted in various aftersales roles including parts, warranty and the workshop office before moving on to working with the Audi brand. After 4 years working within Aftersales I made a move into sales progressing into a Business Centre Manager role with a local Nissan dealer. My last position within the motor trade was working as a New & Used Sales Executive with a BMW/MINI main dealer.

I have spent the past 5 years working within Automotive recruitment and set up Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd in March 2011 specialising in the Automotive & Logistics industries with a view to provide a personable service to both our Clients and Candidates listening to their specific requirements which I feel is something is very often over looked by others.

Myself and team are here have a wealth of experience in not just recruitment but specifically the industries that we recruit for putting us ahead of many other recruiters when it comes to understanding our Clients business and their individual needs.
